The terms governing use of this site, the consultation service and the Biolivon app.

These terms are not yet drafted. They require a lawyer familiar with health-platform regulation in each operating jurisdiction — including telemedicine practice rules in India — before the consultation or practitioner services go live.

Scope

What the drafted terms must cover

  • That published content is health information, not medical advice, and creates no doctor–patient relationship.
  • That practitioners contract with patients directly and are independently responsible for clinical decisions.
  • Biolivon's role as a platform, and the limits of its liability for clinical outcomes.
  • Telemedicine practice requirements per jurisdiction, including India's telemedicine practice guidelines.
  • Practitioner terms: verification, scope of practice, indemnity, conflict declaration and grounds for removal.
  • Coach terms: explicit prohibition on medication, dosing and titration advice, and consequences of breach.
  • That Biolivon sells no medicines or peptides, and that 18pep.com operates under separate terms.
  • Acceptable use, account termination, dispute resolution and governing law.
